Shalu Verma, a major shopkeeper who makes Kheer Mohan, says that this sweet is such that whoever eats it once, wants to eat it again and again. This sweet is being made from generation to generation. The price of Kheer Mohan is Rs 360 per kilogram. In the process of making it, pure milk is heated and curdled, flour and sugar are mixed and it is made into round balls and cooked in sugar solution.
